Healthy foods

Today we got tought what foods are good and which ones aren't the good there are five food groups such as breads and cereals, meats,milk or milk alternatives, fruit and vegetables these have all the healthy stuff these groups include stuff like eggs,bread,wheat bix,porridge,pork chops,steak,lamb chops,ect but then there is unhealthy ones like powerade,coke,ect because they have up to 11 teaspoons of sugar in them I even have proof buy a can of regular coke and pour it into a frying pan let the water in it evaporate you see all of that gooey stuff? That is the sugar,artificial flavours and cocoa so try avoid that stuff. Also before you stop reading me try these challenges 1 breakfast every morning (unless you ate it all yesterday) sleep (that means when you wake lazy people up they must be quite strong) and last of all drink water BEFORE you play soccer or rugby (whatever sport you play) I've started doing these challenges (because why not?) and any way you can go ahead and stop reading me now.
