Cross country (again)

Only one or two weeks till cross country (should i be happy or sad? Because running is quite tiring for me) anyway I've been training for the last few weeks so hopefully I get a good position (last year I came 8th) I'm going to keep training anyway because it is getting quite close

So what ? I've been training

Now what? I'm going to try to get a faster run next practice then eventually get faster and faster

    1. Ms turner I've said how many laps I have to do and all the other Information in the Last post but I will do the now what and so what now
