For cross country training my class has to run around a rugby field twice (the field isn't as big as a regular rugby field just a tiny bit smaller) and for the real cross country (depending on age group I'm year 6) i have to run 3 or 4 laps
so what: I'm probably running at the same time your reading this
now what: I'm going to carry on training for at least four weeks starting from....................NOW
